66 w300 Pto and Winch Question

I've got an LU2 winch with the pto on the transfer case. I recently drained the transfer case oil. Is there a fill port for the pto or do I just fill it up to the transfer case level? Does this winch require a sulfur-containing gear oil? If so, where can you buy it? Thanks.
