Motor Mounts

When I disassembled my 1955 Power Wagon I did not notice wether or not my truck had rear motor mounts ( rubber isloators ).
I don't think there were any there , should
it just be metal on metal or were they missing?
If I need them how big would they be , there were a varitey of mounts in the cab , but I don't even know if they were from my truck.
