1966, W200 and D100 questions?

Did they make a boot of some sort to cover 4WD shifters hole on W200? (diesel conversion makes too much noise!) D100 with a slant six, what is the cubes of this girl and does anyone make headers with dual outlets and intake conversion to switch to double barrel carb with paper air filter? (oil bath, YUK!)
