Nope I figured it out

It is a rev rotation box and he had to modify the box and some how by bolt or other means !!??mount a flange to it with the 4 bolt holes and pitman shaft hole to fit the stock holes in the frame

Could have some how used the bolt flange from the stock box

Maybe he welded the bolt flange to ears etc on the ps box. If you can do such a thing
