As said, a 17.5” wheel is a one piece tubeless design. As is the 16.5”. Within the wheel industry these rims are termed 15° rims while the locking side ring rims are termed 5° rims. These degree designations come from the angle of the bead seat.
I have a library of wheel references and have no record of any 15° wheel (16.5”, 17.5”, 19.5”, or 22.5”) having ever been mass produced with the military 5 x 6 7/8” bolt pattern. Of course custom wheels can be made to any design standard.
Most likely this Elenco has the standard 16” x 5.5” Budd wheels that are fitted with the Goodyear LTS type outer rims. Stu
