Off Topic: Differential specs for 07 D3500

My apologies for this off topic question. I do have a Power Wagon (62 W300) but this pertains to my 07 D3500. I can't find the answer anywhere else.

I'm trying to figure out the specs for the differential on the D3500. It's a 4x4 crew cab diesel and I know that it has AAM axles. I've seen some indication that it has a torsen type rear differential, but even that's not clear.

Does anyone know where I can find the specs for the differentials?
