Ok, it belongs to an Army Drawbar Pull that uses a version of the Dodge 230. Here are the NSN numbers that can be cross-referenced to the manifold part number in the image at the link. If you look at the manifold, it's generic, no holes for vacuum lines since it's used on a tractor. You can request more information from the seller to verify it will work on a 230 CID engine.
