On my way to buy a fuel line for my saw that I posted about earlier, I stopped at a logger friend's house. He suggested I try this: remove the little plate on top of the carburetor that covers the diaphragm. Wipe it off carefully with tissue or q tip. I went back home and tried it and the saw runs great now. I used it most of the day yesterday cutting up a big red fir tree that blew down a few weeks ago. This saw, incidentally is an MS 250.
