Thanks for the suggestions. My first check was see if the circuit breaker had kicked off and then I traced power all the way to the capacitors. I don't think the motor has a centrifugal switch like I have on my bench grinders==I've never heard it click in or off if it does. It does have the two capacitors wired in series.
