I have plans to build one of these from scrap electronic parts, but it looks as though someone has an off the self product available now.

A little pricey for the home shop, but a guy that does a lot of vehicle restorations or works in an auto garage might find this useful.

It can remove a broken bolt/drill bit/tap/easy out from a threaded hole.
