I have new 200 ft. of 7/16 fiber core wire rope. I loaded it on flat ground hooked to a medium loader tractor in neutral with a driver to keep the load in line with the drum. It went on fine and looks good and tight.
An observer stated that I had too much energy stored in the cable on the drum. What do you guys say? What is the possible outcome if I do have too much energy on the new cable.
TIA
