It's next to impossible to get the leverage you need if you are working under the truck to break it loose, you may have to remove the 3rd member. I use a 36" 3/8" x 2" flat stock to stake the Military yoke when working on the 3rd member. On the T-211 series, you have the Mechanics U-Joint so you may want to do the same thing spanning across the joint so you have a bolt on each side to secure the flat stock, or you could use a pipe wrench. When you re-tighten, you have to have the leverage to tighten to 250 feet pounds as well.
