Yes Jerry, you're an old school builder like myself. I'm retiring soon,I've been in high end home building for 50 years. I keep telling my office they have no supers to take over for all of us old guys. The new kids know computers but they can't build a dog house, it's sad none of the kids want to get into the trades. Of course no body will be able to afford a house in a few years with all the new rules and regulations.
