I strongly agree with Kaegi's logic. When I retired in 95 I decided to pursue a labor of love by starting a railroad collectibles business. I began hoarding all of the RR collectibles I could find. I was an instant success "briefly". Then the market went soft. In questioning why, I came to realize that us old farts were dying off and, (who'd ever thought) there is now a generation of people who when asked "What's a caboose" would be hard pressed to get out of the thought pattern of video games and drug paraphernalia. Lesson Learned!!
I still enjoy being around my RR stuff and like my Power Wagons; I really don't care what they're worth to others.
