Take out all the bulbs.
Test each bulb one at a time.
There may be a bulb with a broken filament that is handing down.
You may have lost a ground at the light. Take the light off and clean the bolt, back of the light, and the mounting bracket.
For a better ground path you can add a copper washer as steel to steel are not the best ground path.
You can make great copper washer from pre 1964 pennies.
