they were mostly very similar back then. hard to tell. I am leaning toward ford or dodge/plymouth. but if its an artillery wheel could be others....

my uncle couldn't remember what it was. he did say that my grandpa predicted we would be going to war so bought a brand new 41 chevy before it started.
