My older all terrain fork lift has a hydraulic clutch using a slave cylinder rather that mechanical linkage. The cylinder is in need of a kit. The cylinder is old and I am at a loss to find a kit to rebuild it. The bore is 1 1/8" and I can use a cup from a wheel cylinder but the other cup is contained within the piston. See photo: The cup at the top is the one I am not able to find. The manufacturer is out of business

Any help would be appreciated.
