Got the Nissan slave cylinder bled and everything adjusted to the Nth degree. Started the truck, depressed the clutch pedal, and... it does EXACTLY the same as the original slave cylinder. I'd adjust the master cylinder or slave, depress the clutch pedal, and no matter how I adjusted it, it would not disengage the clutch without shoving the pedal all of the way to the floor, and the pedal is way, WAY too hard to press- it is at least twice as hard as the original crashbox/230 setup was to push down. After every single test, something had to be adjusted again- there would be play somewhere in the system. I am taking a break for a moment, but I don't know what it could possibly be that is making it so darned difficult. It could be anything from the clutch fork bending, to who knows what else, but something is very, very wrong. My wife has no chance in Hades of being able to drive the truck, and it would make for a miserable drive with the clutch being so stiff. We know we installed the disc, pilot bearing, pressure plate, and throwout bearing correctly. I'll give an update either tonight or tomorrow on what I find, or don't find. Ugh.
