Not sure why you would want to do this but,
Just connect the original Alt. battery wire
To your GM Alt., tape the other wires out of the way and move on.
Now the GM one wire unit usually will not charge upon start up, until you blip the throttle to excite it.
If your having wiring problems causing a no charge, you need to correct that.
The MoPar Alt, Voltage Reg, are easy enough to replace.
Common no charge, is wiring, Bulkhead connector, Amp gauge, Alt, VR.
