Sorry to hear you have to sell. I absolutely dislike restrictions like that. I will not live in a neighborhood with a home owner association. I have seen to many go bad.

Besides that where would I park my pickup, camper, sailboat, small trailer, 20’ flatbed trailer, 35’ 5th wheel and my PW which are now parked in my driveway along with our 2 cars. Not one word from the neighbors, but most vehicles are not visible because of the trees.
