Hello all,
I'm installing a remanufactured starter on a '62 W300 and am having trouble when I try to reconnect the battery. When I put the second lead on the terminal I'm getting sparking and managed to melt one of the leads already somehow. I'm 99% sure I wired the new starter exactly like the old one was and am at a loss for whats causing this? Any ideas? Thanks
