I paid $3000 for used bed and fenders. I was only able to use the bed side panels which were in fair shape. I had to purchase after market front panel and tailgate or around $500. I put another $3000 onto metal prep and paint for the bed parts and fenders. Bed looks better than new now. Adding up the total cost for an original bed and fenders, plus time spent on metal work, I would have purchased an after market bed and fenders if I had to do it again.
