Chrysler Part Number - C-1327124 after T137-21560, after serial number 83947778, C-1406151. These are difficult to find NOS, so you probably will have to look in salvage yards as well.

The link below has images of the elbow you're looking for, click right arrow for additional image. If you click left, you'll see the earlier elbow that will work also, just plug the by-pass, use the NAPA 91, or 191 thermostat.
