Driving the pre unleaded gassers daily

This is a dump question, and I should know the answer to it as I've had plenty of old vehicles and have 62 W300 now, but have any of you who drive gas engined trucks built prior to unleaded gasoline run into any actual problems with it. If so, how do you address it.

I haven't had any big problems with the W300, but I don't drive it everyday.
