condenser info needed

I looked in the distributor and did not see and obvious moisture. It had been 5 days since I had the problem. I looked in my box of spare parts and had 3 distributors of unknown origin. All three had made in USA condensers. 2 were labeled AL 243. I get the impression that the condensers can be used for 6 and 12 Volts. Is this the case? I would like to test out these spare condensers. PS the water temp in my 1 hour run stayed between 160 and 165
