1952 B-3-PW-126, serial number 83928862. Located in the Coulee region of Wisconsin.
I am helping friends find a new home for a Power Wagon that they have had the privilege of being caretakers of for many years. I first drove this truck in 1982 in the Elba/Altura Minnesota area. It was shown in the Power Wagon Advertiser in the mid 1980’s, and later acquired by the current owners about 30 years ago. Shortly after, the truck was mechanically refurbished and received a professional re-paint in Air Force Blue to match the original color, as it was once owned and used by the Air Force.
After being refurbished, it was maintained well and used regularly on their farm. It was also driven, about 12 times, on the 500 mile round trip to the annual Vintage Power Wagon Rally in Fairfield, Iowa. It has seen a reduction in use during the past ten years, and is now in need of the normal attention that one would expect. Starts, drives, and stops well. Currently registered for the road, and the seller has a clean title.
The time has come for this truck to find a new deserving home, one where it will be used as it was intended and carefully maintained by a new caretaker.
