1943 Dodge WC56 3/4 ton (non-winch model) Command Car parts
Rolling frame photo: Includes the transfer case and steering column assembly, as well as 3 combat rims. Frame is from a Montana truck; surface rust; no cancer. Largely straight. Left rear spring hanger has been re-welded at some point.
Seats front and rear. I was told years ago by someone at Vintage Power Wagons in IA, that the seat assemblies were original. They appear to be, but I am not 100% certain that they both are.
Front fenders: self explanatory. Surface rust. One of the light holder depressions was cut out of one of them.
Running boards: Drivers in decent shape; sandblasted. Passenger: other parts welded over. No rust issues
Rear fenders: you NEVER see these available. One could definitely be salvaged; the other would require some creativity, but are original.
Outer windshield frame. Too much extra welding for my taste, but not rusted beyond surface.
Inner windshield frame: good shape.
Rear tailgate: sandblasted. Fairly straight, but with dents and damage limited to one corner.
Radio Command Car radio table with radio base and antenna.
Front fender splash shields: Straight; no rust issues.
Radiator & fan shroud: original. Unrestored.
