Thats were I want to be, at least so far that no one can see your yard. I wire houses in developments in Ct, In Ct the same house in a development is 15 to 20 grand more than one on a private lot. I am amazed what people pay to live so close to each other then complain about there neihbors. I say if you can't wizz in your yard out of site of the neihbors then i don't want to live there. I am saving up.
