In a flatfender ? Anything can be swapped, given enough time and ingenuity. By small block hemi, do you mean the future 2003 Ram truck motor? Or do you mean early Dodge, DeSoto or Chrysler? The Dodge and DeSoto hemis are smaller than the 331-354-392.

I'd sure like to know more about the new Ram truck hemi.
