Chrysler Flash programmer avail?

Does anyone know if you can buy a reprogrammer for Chrysler computers?
I have a 2000 Jeep TJ with the six that I would like to fix.

I have searched the internet without success....anyone know of a source or even whether this is possible on Chrysler vehicles?
