Obviously people can control how they spend they're money.
In my buisness, it always amazes me how people will quabble over spending $5.00
more then they think they should have too.(Just listen to people at the store).
Meanwhile, it doesn't bother them the tinyist
bit how the gov't "mis-manages" the thousands they pay in income, (and more) taxes.
When I spend "extra" for a truck/part that I want/need, I explain it away by thinking how else I could have "thrown" the $$$ away --- such as smoking or buying "friends" a few rounds at the "Happy Tappy" and as we all know, when that $$$ is gone, it's gone but I still have the truck/part that I spent the extra on.
