66 W300 Front Hubs - Help!

Upon removal and inspection of the two front drums (Dana 70), I found the hub grease seals on both sides were loose. The seals didn't fit tightly into the hub bore. So, are these the incorrect seals or is the hub bore worn? The NAPA part numbers seem to indicate that these are the correct seals, but I'm not sure. If the hub bores are worn, a machine shop can weld them up and then machine them so that the seals will fit correctly for $80 per hub. Has anybody had similar problems? Any ideas? Thanks. John
