I'm sorry to hear that you are down. I had that a couple of years ago and it sure felt like the end. It didn't help that I put off going to the doc until I almost dropped. Get lots of rest and let someone else worry about the day to day stuff. Don't push yourself to do too much too soon. When you feel up to it, we all look forward to hearing from you.
