Need advice on fixing a tailgate

After looking for some time I have found a Fargo Tailgare in some what reasonable shape.
Only one problem the tailgate has a pucker, the metal is streched from years of loads shifting. If I lay the tailgate on the ground and stand on it ,it goes back in position perfectly but as soon as the weight comes off it pops . How do I correct this stretched pannel?
