Twas the night before Christmas, as I rolled down the road.
All the gears were a squealing, as I carried home the load.
The Dodge she was loaded, with gifts, I stacked with much care.
In hopes that the home, the old truck would get me there.
When what before my wondrous eyes would appear.
But a jolly old elf, a sleigh , and eight tiny reindeer.
Stuck in the ditch, clear up past the runners.
The reindeer exhausted, as Santa yelled gunner!
I pulled to the side, asked if he need some aid.
He smiled at me, nodded, for he was very delayed.
We grabbed the cable and spooled it off da winch.
Hooked the chain up to Rudolph, without even a flinch.
Santa's eyes they did gleam by the wonderous sight.
The Dodge Power Wagon with all of it's power and might.
Pulled out of the ditch the old gaffer, his sleigh and da deer.
The elves with the presents in the sliegh, they did cheer.
For if not for the old Wagon there would be no Christmas this year.
I heard him exclaim as I drove out of sight. Merry Christmas to all Dodgers and to all Dodgers Goodnight!
