perhaps - it is the only known truck. The C/D 500-600 came with the Perkins 6.354 starting around 1960. The model designation was PC/PD, making this truck a PW300, P for Perkins. Doubling its rarity is the fact that most all W300 were single cabs, a few special order W300 Crew Cabs were built (10 I know of).
