I must disagree. no way the 60 diff itself is stronger than stock. axle shafts are not bigger on a 60 but have fine spline. I have seen many failed 60s by failed I mean cant drive down the road. completely grenaded and personally never seen that on a stock 9.625". everything is bigger in a stock diff. take them apart and put on the bench. even the 70 pinion set up is a joke compared to stock.
