Yep, the drivetrain on these trucks were mass produced quick during war time, and balancing wasn't that big a concern as manufacturers probably didn't expect them to go much faster than 40mph. I went from a generator to an alternator and now I have a vibration from that above 2,000 rpm. I need to switch it out to see if alternator has an issue, but I also use it as a rpm limiter, the engine is rather tired.
