First impressions - that is a very tall filter. Definitely about 3 to 4 inches taller than a Deluxe Model JC "cotton sock" type system. Also, yours has flexible supply lines which is unusual for your vintage of Dodge. A Baldwin JC405 cartridge will not do you much good. It looks like the diameter is about the same, but a cotton sock cartridge must seal at the top and bottom as well as tight against the sides. It may have a perforated metal element in side if you take the top off to check. That would be a good thing as they usually have some numbers somewhere on the element.
I will look through my books and see if I can match something up to it.
In the meantime, here is an image of the Deluxe JC system that seems to have been used on the majority of Power-Wagons.
