I read your further posts on this and found that you have a Samsung Note 5. Earlier I suggested that you needed to look into you device. Ok now that I saw what device you have I Googled �Samsung Note 5 screen freezes�. Up came a bunch of articles on how to fix screen freezes. It seems that this is the most reported problem with the Samsung Note 5 since it was released in 2015.

Again you need to look into your device as it is a known common issue with it. It is apparently not an issue with Joe�s forum.
