I failed to mention that when this happened the first time (for a few months in 2017 or early 2018), that was with my old device and now it is happening with my current device. Both are the same type of device (Samsung Note 5), but my current one replaced my previous one when the cord connector inside my first one started giving me trouble. Also, When it happened previously, I was with Verizon and now I'm with Cricket.
