Hi Paul,
Not sure about the Expert part of your question, but I thought he (operator) did a Great job of getting it out with what he had and his limited rigging.
If they hadn't tied the back off it would probably slid down deeper in the water.
Also consider the front wheels wouldn't turn
Because of the log jammed under there.
