Question WC 3/4 cab installation.

i got a call today from a Buddy of mine installing his cab back on the frame. WC51. He wants me to come over and have a look. He says the cab has to go over to the right and he has tried many times to move and adjust but no Good. Any ideas or suggestions. Thanks
