The only difference with the floor pan that I've found in my swap (1968 D100 onto a 1966 W300) is the height of the transmission tunnel; due to the engine and transmission sitting lower relative to the frame. The body mount point locations matched cab to frame, but the body mount spacers are different heights, same rubber, I think.
