i agree with marty on this with the exception that this guy is a quality rebuilder. he should have listed that he took NOS wipers and rebuilt them. id rather have this guy crack the boxes, rebuild them, guarantee them for 3 years then to open old boxes and then send them out. nos, rebuilt, restored are unfortunately not understood by or worse mis applied by people in the hobby.
