Decoding Build Card - Anyone know how to do it?

I ordered and received the build card for my 1951 FFPW. Does anyone have information as to how to decode it? At this point, the main item I'm interested in is paint color - the card has a #5 in the space. In the "additional equipment" area, there are a bunch of round punches - how do I decode them?
