RockAuto won out. I had really wanted to drive a few miles and spend my money locally, but no one stocks them anymore and they wanted me to cover the shipping to order them.

I bought Wagner brand bulbs from RockAuto. The end price per bulb, including shipping, tax, and the discount offered here, was $9.15 each. First time I have purchased from them. This will be the test.
