I flew a lot back in those good days. Real meals on real china. 5 pack of cigarettes with each meal, then on long flights nice sandwiches or pastry for snacks. One United flight from Hawaii to Chicago had a huge buffet meal. Serve your self with many entries. It was good flying then, now days its just a bus.....hang on....thats why they call it Air Bus ha ha
