Inverted flare adapter fittings - where to buy?

I need to attach some brake lines to a non stock master on a 70 Plymouth. I could cut off the lines and put on smaller flare nuts, but I would like to be able to change back to stock more easily. The flare fittings in the master are 3/8-24 female threads. The brake lines have larger male fittings. One is 9/16-18 and the other is 1/2-20. Does anyone sell fittings to adapt from these sizes to the 3/8-24?
