1990 dodge tbi rough idle and stalling issue

Hello, I went to start my 1990 dodge w250 360 tbi yesterday and it started funky. Then when it was in gear it sounded very lopey like it has a cam (it doesn't have a cam). It sometimes even stalls when under load trying to drive. It has no catalytic converter and the air pump system has been removed. it was running fine a couple days ago and all of a sudden this started happening. I have checked timing and spark plugs. Does anyone know what this could be or has had any experience with this? any info would help. Thanks
